Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the shipping date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We may accept exceptions if you opened the package, but this is on a case-by-case basis. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at info@retainershield.com with your name, order details, and we will send you instructions for returning the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and let us know directly at our email address, info@retainershield.com.
Please note that may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items:
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@retainershield.com, let us know of the problems, and we will be sure to send you a replacement product with easy instructions to return your damaged one.
